Quotes and estimates

Quotes are based on the measurements and requirements at the time of the site visit. Changes to scope, openings, or materials may change the price. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them.

Installation and warranty

We aim to install neatly and on schedule. Each completed installation is covered by a written warranty on the system, subject to normal use and reasonable care. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, or structural issues beyond our control.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote. Work is scheduled on agreement of the quote and any advance stated within it.
