FAQ
Service questions, answered
For most inland flats, 304 grade is excellent. For sea facing homes and higher floors exposed to salt and humidity, we recommend 316 marine grade steel, which resists corrosion even better. We advise the right choice during your site visit.
The cables are spaced closely enough that a small child or pet cannot pass through, while still looking almost invisible from inside. The exact spacing follows safety best practice and the height of the opening.
Yes. The system can be serviced, re-tensioned, or removed if you move or renovate. The frame is fixed securely but does not damage your structure.
Every installation includes a written warranty on the system, and we remain available on call and WhatsApp for any servicing you need afterwards.
